Can I get my lamp rush shipped?
Yes! Rush shipping in Israel takes 1-4 Business days, and rush shipping worldwide takes 5-7 Business days - the additional costs are calculated according to your location in the checkout.
Will the lamp work in my country?
The Street Lamp runs on 5 volt and comes with a USB cable 1.5 meters so it works in all countries including Israel, Europe and the USA!
How long does the lamp take to make?
Approximately one week, then we ship to you!
So it will work with a power bank, right?
Yes! The streetlamp is USB powered, and will work with any USB power bank!
Are there any other lamp sizes?
Currently not, but we're working on another size!
How long does shipping take?
We have many different shipping options! We have same-day delivery for Tel Aviv, express delivery anywhere in Israel (1-4 days), express delivery international (7-14 days), regular shipping for Israel (2-5 days), regular shipping international (14-21 days) and you can even pick up in-store here in Tel Aviv!
Can I pick it up somewhere?
Yes you can! We are located at Rabenu Khanan'el St 14, Tel Aviv-Yafo. Just make sure you choose that delivery option when you checkout!
What happens if my lamp arrives damaged or doesn't work?
If your lamp arrives with a manufacturing defect, I will gladly help by fixing it or sending you a replacement. Please contact me at info@thestreetlamp.com with a brief description of the problem and a picture of the defect.
How big is the lamp?
The lamps are the perfect size at 8 inches X 5 inches X 3 inches
How much does the lamp cost?
The street Lamp costs $96 for ALL variations of the lamp!
